Volleyball Recap: Santiago's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Santiago waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Norco Cougars. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

Santiago walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 25-18.

Reyce Ongalibang paced Santiago's offense, picking up 12 kills. Ongalibang got some help from Carson Chambers and his 33 assists.

Santiago pushed their record up to 20-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Norco, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-11.

As of now, neither Santiago nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
