The biggest upset of the week belonged to Canyon Springs, who took down 302nd ranked Arlington, 27-25. KAMARRI WATSON ran for 257 yards in the win.

The Lions' Devone Williams-Stokes rumbled for the longest rushing play in Inland Valley this season in his game against the Cougars last week. Williams-Stokes ran for 90 yards on the play and finished with 101 on the day as his team lost to Canyon Springs.

WATSON provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Pete Garza's team defeated Patrick McCarthy's team. WATSON's favorite target this week was ALEX RODRIGUEZ, who caught 3 passes for 49 yards.

WATSON was a beast in the backfield as the Cougars beat the Lions.

Chandler Drachslin threw for 242 yards and 2 touchdowns. He went 10-19 with 0 interceptions.

Ykili Ross was the best receiver in the league this week as Poly defeated Valley View. Ross racked up 4 receptions for 116 yards. Devontre Hale helped Poly's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 63 yards.

6-foot-2 quarterback Drachslin of the Bears is the league leader in passing yards this season with 1,561. He has also thrown 17 touchdowns. The leading receiver in the league this season is Hakeem Eubanks. The Valley View star has 40 catches for 709 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Poly takes on JW North. Dennis Brown's team is in first place, while the Huskies are in fifth place.

Canyon Springs scaled the state rankings by moving to 404 from 470 this week, the biggest jump in Inland Valley. The Cougars climbed the ranks as a result of beating Arlington 27-25.
