The Frazer Bearcubs managed to keep up with the Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Frazer was the victim of a rough 56-34 loss at the hands of Reed Point/Rapelje.

Reed Point/Rapelje can attribute much of their success to Maxwell Hanes, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 18 rebounds. Landen Bryant was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 4 steals.

Frazer's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Reed Point/Rapelje, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
