Lowry extended their postseason success on Friday against Virgin Valley. They walked away with an 8-4 win over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Buckaroos.

Makinley Hislop spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Natalya Guizar, who went 1-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Adalyn Entwistle, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Lowry's victory bumped their record up to 30-6. As for Virgin Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-14.

Lowry wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 9-5 win against Pahrump Valley on the 16th. Virgin Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
