Volleyball Recap: Hardeeville Comes Up Short at Home Against Bamberg-Ehrhardt

Hardeeville unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders on Thursday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

While Hardeeville ultimately came up short, they really made Bamberg-Ehrhardt work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 27-25, 25-13.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hardeeville will take on rival Allendale-Fairfax at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bamberg-Ehrhardt is set to face off against their familiar foe Ridgeland Secondary Academy Of Excellence at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
