Basketball Recap: Denton Comes Up Short

Denton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They were beaten by the Ryan Raiders 67-24. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 871st, while the Raiders are ranked 41st).

Denton's loss dropped their record down to 9-21. As for Ryan, they pushed their record up to 26-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Denton nor Ryan have any future games scheduled.
