Gonzaga Prep strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They blew past the Ferris Saxons 3-0. The Bullpups have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Saxons, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Gonzaga Prep took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-14, 25-13.

Gonzaga Prep found their leader in freshman Parker Davis, who had four digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Davis. Claire Miles also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Gonzaga Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive contests.

Gonzaga Prep's victory bumped their record up to 12-0. As for Ferris, they moved to 3-5-1 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Gonzaga Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Lewis & Clark on the 2nd. As for Ferris, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Post Falls on the 2nd.
