Volleyball Game Preview: Reseda Regents vs. Van Nuys Wolves

The Reseda Regents will head out to challenge the Van Nuys Wolves at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Reseda is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Sylmar just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 3-1 to the Spartans.

Reseda couldn't get the win, but they sure gave Sylmar a tough time in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 28-30, 25-11, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Van Nuys unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Kennedy by a score of 3-2.

Van Nuys actually scored more points across those five sets (107-105), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The final score came out to 25-23, 17-25, 25-23, 23-25, 15-11.

Van Nuys' loss dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Reseda, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
