Baseball Game Preview: Kodiak Bears vs. Redington Huskies

The Kodiak Bears will square off against the Redington Huskies at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kodiak managed to slip by Kenai Central the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bears lost 9-3 to the Kardinals on Friday.

Zeke Saltonstall was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Redington hadn't done well against Houston recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Huskies had just enough and edged out the Hawks 4-3.

The victory got Redington back to even at 1-1. As for Kodiak, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.
