On Thursday, Cody faced Worland in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Cody Broncs fell 11-8 to the Worland Warriors. Cody was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Worland apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played on Thursday.
