Baseball Game Preview: Ludlow Panthers vs. Bellevue Tigers

The Ludlow Panthers will square off against the Bellevue Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Ludlow is headed into the game having just suffered their closest defeat since May 10, 2024 on Monday. They fell just short of Holy Cross by a score of 5-3. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Indians: they've now lost eight in a row.

Jackson Mays made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Bellevue earned a 10-7 win over Nicholas County on Saturday. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Bluejackets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Bellevue's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Ludlow, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-10.
