Basketball Recap: Celina Takes a Loss

Celina was the 58-47 winner over Bellefontaine when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Celina Bulldogs took a 53-38 bruising from the Bellefontaine Chieftains on Saturday. The Bulldogs just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Celina's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Bellefontaine, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Celina will challenge Kenton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Celina is facing Kenton at the right time seeing as Kenton is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Bellefontaine, they will face off against Indian Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Indian Lake has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
