Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Montgomery County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ethan Dunn, who scored 19 points along with 5 assists and 5 blocks. Another player making a difference was Tyce Jarvis, who scored 13 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.
Montgomery County's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Greenup County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montgomery County will take on Trinity Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenup County, they will be playing at home against Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
