Old Plank Christian Academy pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.8 points per game. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything went Old Plank Christian Academy's way against Trinity Christian Academy in their previous meeting on Friday, as Old Plank Christian Academy made off with a 39-17 win.
