The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Henderson Collegiate has struggled recently with five losses in a row, while Northwest Halifax will arrive with three straight victories.

Last Friday, Henderson Collegiate came up short against Eno River Academy and fell 55-43.

Meanwhile, you're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Northwest Halifax on Friday. They came out on top against Bunn by a score of 65-52. That 13 point margin sets a new team best for the Vikings this season.

Henderson Collegiate better keep an eye on Javon Kee. He was instrumental in Northwest Halifax's win, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards. The dominant performance gave Kee a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeffery Mills, who posted six points along with seven boards and three blocks.

Northwest Halifax smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in four consecutive matches.

The win got Northwest Halifax back to even at 4-4. As for Henderson Collegiate, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.
