Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Jd Cooley: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also made three total tackles (1.0 for loss), helping propel Bowdon past Mt. Zion by a score of 44-7. Cooley's game will now exist on MaxPreps.com until the end of time, and we hope to see many more in the weeks (or years) to come.

Cooley and Bowdon will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Greenville at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
