Volleyball Game Preview: Thomas Nelson Generals vs. Grayson County Cougars

The Thomas Nelson Generals will challenge the Grayson County Cougars at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Thomas Nelson is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

While Thomas Nelson's win against Campbellsville wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Generals had just enough and edged out the Eagles 2-1 on Thursday. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 17, 2020, but that streak is no more.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Grayson County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against John Hardin by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.

Grayson County never let John Hardin on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 26-24.

Thomas Nelson's victory bumped their record up to 19-13. As for Grayson County, their win bumped their record up to 23-4.
