Crete kept a clean sheet against Lincoln Northwest on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Falcons. Crete's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Crete is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those seven contests. As for Lincoln Northwest, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Crete will be playing at home against Seward at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Seward will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Crete surely won't give up without a fight. Lincoln Northwest does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
