Baseball Recap: Arlington Eagles vs. Raymond Central Mustangs
Arlington proved they can win big on Friday (they won by 14) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a run and slipped past the Raymond Central Mustangs 10-9. This was payback for the Eagles, who suffered a 5-0 loss the last time these two teams met.
Jackson Stosich made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Stosich was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI. That double was his first of the season.

In other pitching news, Wes Monke looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2025.
