Volleyball Recap: Hazen Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Hazen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Juanita Ravens. If the Highlanders were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Ravens when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-15, 22-25, 25-13, 25-21.

Arisa May paced Hazen's offense, picking up 11 kills. May got some help from Noelani Kaiwi and her 22 assists. May was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Carla Pop had a dynamite game For Juanita., getting 11 digs and six aces.

Hazen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Juanita, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hazen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Cedarcrest on the 18th. As for Juanita, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Woodinville on the 18th.
