Volleyball Game Preview: North Monterey County Condors vs. Pacific Collegiate Pumas + How To Watch

The North Monterey County Condors will head out to take on the Pacific Collegiate Pumas at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

North Monterey County is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Rancho San Juan just ended the team's seven-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trailblazers.

While North Monterey County ultimately came up short, they really made Rancho San Juan work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 23-25, 26-24, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Pacific Collegiate didn't have quite enough to beat Pajaro Valley on Thursday and fell 3-2. The Pumas have struggled against the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Pacific Collegiate took Pajaro Valley into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking five-point loss. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-20, 18-25, 21-25, 15-10.

North Monterey County's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Pacific Collegiate, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
