North Oconee entered their tilt with Flowery Branch on Tuesday with ten consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 11. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Falcons. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Titans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: North Oconee took both sets by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-14.

North Oconee can attribute much of their success to Sutton Szoke, who had 13 digs and three assists. That's the most digs Szoke has posted since back in October of 2024. Mia Charles also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

North Oconee was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

North Oconee's win bumped their record up to 31-8. As for Flowery Branch, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-20 record this season.

North Oconee didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Jefferson on the 1st. As for Flowery Branch, they will host West Hall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
