It's playoff time, and Raines had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Yulee Hornets 72-46 on Thursday. The Vikings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Raines' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Orianna Freeman led the charge by putting up 12 points. Another player making a difference was Darreniza Tobler, who posted 12 points and three steals.

Despite the loss, Yulee still got an impressive performance from Rheyna Hilton, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. That was a full 41.3% of Yulee's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points. Macey Reynolds was another key player, earning five points and five boards.

Raines has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for Yulee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-13.

Raines will take on Ribault at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ribault has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 211 points over their last three contests. Yulee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
