Softball Recap: Graham Local Comes Up Short

Graham Local lost against North Union back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Falcons fell 6-3 to the Wildcats. The Falcons just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Graham Local's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for North Union, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-8.

Coming up, Graham Local is taking a road trip to take on Northwestern at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for North Union, they will be playing at home against Dublin Jerome at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Celtics have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.4 runs per game on average), something the Wildcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
