Morgan has gone 8-2 against Ben Lomond recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Morgan Trojans will face off against the Ben Lomond Scots at 7:00 p.m. Morgan knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 17 matchups -- so hopefully Ben Lomond likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Morgan earned a 64-53 win over South Summit.

Meanwhile, Ben Lomond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a hard 63-48 fall against Grantsville. The Scots were down 50-30 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Morgan will have to keep a close watch on Zeb Whetton and Deshawn Holland, a pair of players who had a big impact on Ben Lomond's prior game. Whetton almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds, while Holland went 5 of 10 on his way to 12 points and four steals.

Morgan pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Ben Lomond, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-12.

Everything went Morgan's way against Ben Lomond in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as Morgan made off with an 81-59 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Morgan since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
