Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Weaubleau). They blew past Humansville 16-1 on Wednesday. Considering Weaubleau has won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory (which was Weaubleau's third in a row) raised their record to 8-8. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Humansville, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the loss, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Weaubleau didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 9-2 victory against Walnut Grove on the 23rd. As for Humansville, they will take on Greenwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Blue Jays have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
