Volleyball Recap: Woodbine Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Woodbine duked it out with Logan-Magnolia on Saturday. The Tigers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Woodbine has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Logan-Magnolia, their victory bumped their record up to 3-8.

Woodbine has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union on the 13th. As for Logan-Magnolia, they will challenge Riverside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
