Pittsfield dropped their record down to 20-8-1 on Thursday, which also ended the team's five-game streak of wins on the road. They fell 12-7 to the Liberty Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in April.

Torie Stambaugh made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base. Taylor Peebles was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
