Volleyball Recap: Loyd Star Triumphs

Loyd Star had to kick off their season on the road on Saturday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against the Wesson Cobras by a score of 2-0.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wesson fell to 4-1.

Wesson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against West Marion on the 16th. Hopefully Loyd Star paid attention to the Cobras' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cobras at 6:00 p.m. on September 18.
