Champion stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Cardinal Mooney Cardinals a 17-0 shutout. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Champion considering their one-run performance the game before.

Gabrielle Gradishar was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. Gradishar has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive pitching appearances.
