Basketball Recap: Alex August Key Part of Team Effort in Cougars Win

Berman Hebrew Academy won the last time they faced Frisch and things went their way on Friday too. The Cougars came out on top against Frisch by a score of 55-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cougars.

Berman Hebrew Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alex August, who posted 15 points in addition to seven boards and six steals. The contest was August's sixth in a row with at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ariel Hasan, who earned ten points along with five assists and three steals.

Berman Hebrew Academy's victory bumped their record up to 33-7. As for Frisch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Berman Hebrew Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-57 loss against Magen David Yeshivah on the 30th. Frisch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
