Negaunee is 9-1 against Westwood since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Negaunee Miners will be playing in front of their home fans against the Westwood Patriots at 7:15 p.m. Negaunee is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Last Tuesday, Negaunee took their matchup with ease, bagging a 56-23 win over Gwinn. The Miners have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Westwood can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They took down Iron Mountain 52-38.

Negaunee pushed their record up to 12-0 with the victory, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Westwood, their win bumped their record up to 3-6.

Negaunee took their victory against Westwood in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 41-18. Will Negaunee repeat their success, or does Westwood have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
