Basketball Recap: Ridgefield Memorial Takes a Loss

Ridgefield Memorial was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 53-14 defeat at the hands of the Midland Park Panthers. The Royals were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in December of 2023.

The win made it two in a row for Midland Park and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ridgefield Memorial and Palisades Park will compete for holiday cheer at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Midland Park, they will venture away from home to face off against Waldwick at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
