Soccer Recap: Laredo LBJ Takes a Loss

Laredo LBJ was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Medina Valley Panthers, falling 8-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in January.

Laredo LBJ's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Medina Valley, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Coming up, Laredo LBJ will host Eagle Pass at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Medina Valley, they will venture away from home to challenge Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Medina Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.1 goals per game this season.
