Basketball Recap: Oskaloosa Comes Up Short

Oskaloosa lost against Washington back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oskaloosa Indians might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 55-53 to the Washington Demons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Indians just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Oskaloosa's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Washington, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Oskaloosa will take on Dallas Center-Grimes in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Washington and Mt. Pleasant will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Washington is facing Mt. Pleasant at the right time seeing as Mt. Pleasant is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
