Baseball Recap: Luray Bulldogs vs. Rappahannock County
Luray lost to Rappahannock County back in April, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Bulldogs walked away with a 5-1 victory over Rappahannock County. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Conner Hilliard made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over eight innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Luray is 6-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 2-6 otherwise. Hilliard was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-5 with two RBI.
In other batting news, Luray let Nick Cubbage and Camden Boyd run wild. Cubbage went 2-for-5 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Boyd got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two runs and one RBI. The dominant performance also gave Boyd a new career-high in hits (two).
