Basketball Recap: Winterset's Losing Streak Snapped at Eight Games

Winterset can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Carroll Tigers by a score of 50-43. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Winterset's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Carroll, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
