Volleyball Recap: Brophy College Prep Now 8-1 over Last Nine Games

Brophy College Prep hadn't done well against O'Connor recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Broncos came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Eagles back in March, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Brophy College Prep had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-15, 25-23, 25-22.

Jude Keane was the offensive standout of the contest as he had eight digs and three aces. What's more, he posted four assists, the most he's had since April 3rd.

Keane wasn't the only good server: Brophy College Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Brophy College Prep has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-10 record this season. As for O'Connor, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 27-9-1.
