Basketball Recap: Indian Land Warriors vs. Walhalla Razorbacks
Indian Land was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 49-41 to the Walhalla Razorbacks. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Razorbacks are ranked 29th).
Despite the defeat, Indian Land had strong showings from Katilyn Knoll, who posted six points in addition to 16 boards and eight steals, and Variellis Vega- Soto, who put up 11 points and five steals. Those 16 rebounds gave Knoll a new career-high.
