Volleyball Game Preview: Akron-Westfield Westerners vs. George-Little Rock Mustangs

The Akron-Westfield Westerners will square off against the George-Little Rock Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Akron-Westfield came up short against South O'Brien and fell 2-0.

Meanwhile, George-Little Rock earned a 2-0 win over South O'Brien on Saturday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

George-Little Rock's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. As for Akron-Westfield, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Akron-Westfield was able to grind out a solid win over George-Little Rock in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, winning 3-1. Will the Westerners repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
