While it always takes a team to win, one person punching above their weight class on Tuesday was Isaiah Shoemake. He scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in five of his seven plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Shoemake's strong effort led Mesa Verde over San Juan and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
