Soccer Recap: Lake Minneola Takes a Loss

Lake Minneola managed to keep up with East Ridge until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Lake Minneola Hawks came up short against the East Ridge Knights, falling 4-1. The Hawks haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Lake Minneola's loss dropped their record down to 1-3-1. As for East Ridge, they now have a winning record of 5-4-2.

Lake Minneola will head out to face off against Forest at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for East Ridge, they will be playing at home against Gulliver Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Gulliver Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
