Basketball Recap: Myrtle Find Success

After losing to Pine Grove the last time they met, Myrtle decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Myrtle Hawks managed a 60-56 victory over the Pine Grove Panthers on Tuesday. That's two games straight that the Hawks have won by exactly four points.

The win made it two in a row for Myrtle and bumps their season record up to 10-16. As for Pine Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-13.

Myrtle will challenge Jumpertown at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Jumpertown will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Myrtle surely won't give up without a fight. Pine Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
