Baseball Recap: Livonia Takes a Loss

Livonia came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 8-2 to the Sacred Heart Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 10-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Livonia has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-16-1 record this season. As for Sacred Heart, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Livonia nor Sacred Heart have any future games scheduled.
