Jordan had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 16-run drubbing they dealt George Ranch on Friday. The Warriors blew past the Longhorns 19-3. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by six runs or more this season.

Madeline Jovanovic was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Royse, who went 3-for-4 with three doubles, four RBI, and two runs.

Jordan was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .571. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Jordan's victory bumped their record up to 21-4. As for George Ranch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-16-3.

Jordan will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Longhorns: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
