Volleyball Recap: Abraham Lincoln Takes a Loss

Abraham Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Northeast Vikings. The Railsplitters were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-10, 25-12.

Abraham Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Northeast, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Abraham Lincoln will head out on the road to square off against Masterman at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northeast, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:00 p.m.
