Bishop Ready has gone 9-1 against Worthington Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Silver Knights will venture away from home to challenge the Warriors at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bishop Ready has nine straight victories, Worthington Christian has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
On Saturday, Bishop Ready made easy work of Columbus School for Girls and carried off a 3-0 win.
Bishop Ready walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-10, 25-21.

Bishop Ready relied on the efforts of Allyson Creighton, who had 22 assists and four aces, and Sophia Dozer, who had 14 digs and three assists. That's the most assists Creighton has posted since back in August. Tatum Reeder also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.
They weren't the only good servers: Bishop Ready was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces every time they've taken the court this season.
Meanwhile, Worthington Christian came up short against Columbus Academy on Wednesday, falling 3-0.
The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Columbus Academy scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 25-22.
Worthington Christian now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Bishop Ready, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.
Everything went Bishop Ready's way against Worthington Christian in their previous matchup on September 2nd, as Bishop Ready made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Silver Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
