Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wauseon). They managed a 75-69 victory over the Northview Wildcats on Tuesday. This was payback for the Indians, who suffered a 53-40 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Wauseon's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Northview, they now also have a losing record at 8-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wauseon will host Archbold at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Wauseon knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Archbold likes a good challenge. As for Northview, they will face off against Perrysburg at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Perrysburg will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Northview surely won't give up without a fight.
