Hanover lost to Laconia back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Bears were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sachems. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hanover was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by Ellie Molina and Claire Starosta, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Olivia Grabinski and her 21 assists. Starosta was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

Hanover's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Laconia, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five matches and leaves them with a 8-7 record.
