A.C. Reynolds had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.3 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 69-48 margin over the T.C. Roberson Rams. The Rockets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

A.C. Reynolds' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Grant Clayton, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 boards. Clayton has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Declan Brown, who posted 14 points in addition to six assists and five boards.

A.C. Reynolds was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as T.C. Roberson only racked up six assists.

T.C. Roberson's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Lorenzo Sierra, who went 6 for 14 on his way to 12 points, and Dean Lowe, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds. Joemar Darity was another key player, putting up eight points.

A.C. Reynolds now has a winning record of 8-7. As for T.C. Roberson, they moved to 8-9 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing McDowell the next time they take the court. A.C. Reynolds will host McDowell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while T.C. Roberson will host them at 8:00 p.m. on January 24th.
